General use of the website

Personal data

We do not record any personal data through our website, unless you voluntarily provide us with such data by registering or by responding to surveys and agree to the corresponding legal provisions.

Voluntarily submitted data

Personal data voluntarily submitted is generally used to respond to your inquiries, to process your orders or to give you access to certain information or offers. For the purpose of maintaining customer relations, we may also need to save and process your personal data. In order to better meet your needs or to improve our products or services, we may contract third parties to relay our offers, updates and company information to you. All of this is in order to improve the way we fulfill the orders and requirements of our customers.

The personal data you provide us will only be collected, processed and utilised for the purposes disclosed to you or for agreed purposes, unless the collection, processing or utilisation is done for a different purpose which is directly related to the original purpose for which the personal data were collected. If we need to prepare, negotiate and perform a contract with you, your data will be processed in accordingly, based on legal obligations or licensing requirements or injunctions.

IP addresses are stored in the logfiles for a limited period of time if it is for the security purposes or in order to provide services. IP addresses are deleted when they are no longer needed for security purposes. IP addresses are also saved if we have reason to suspect a criminal offense in conjunction with the use of our website.

Data security

We strive to protect your data to the best of our technical abilities in conjunction with the

In order to protect your data, we implement technical and organizational measures which we continually update in accordance with the state of the art.
