For the 23rd time the TOP 100, the most innovative companies in the German SME sector, are awarded. The MSF Vathauer Antriebstechnik GmbH & Co. KG is one of this year innovation elite. The Detmold Company previously took part in a sophisticated, scientific selection process. Examined were the innovation management and the innovation success. As patron of the Innovation competition, Ranga Yogeshwar honors the top innovator within the German SME Summit on 24 June in Essen.

The companies were assessed again by Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke and his team from the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Vienna University of Economics. They questioned more than 100 parameters in five categories from "Innovation-friendly Senior Management", "Climate of Innovation", "Innovative Processes and Organization", "Innovations Marketing / extroversion" and "Successful Innovations".
