Gears

Thanks to the modular and flexible design, the sturdy helical gears can be used  in a large variety of applications. Thanks to features such as low noise, high output torques, high reliability and easy cleaning, the helical gears can be used in a variety of industrial applications. Helical gears in two and three-stage versions with up to 2300 Nm torque are available. With a high efficiency rate at any input speed these helical gears are highly energy efficient. The maintenance-free concept further increase the cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Helical gears can be supplied in the configurations B5 or B14, as well as in ATEX version with a corrosion protected surface and further options. Application-specific drive flanges or adapting flanges can be ordered upon request.

Optionally, helical gears can also be furnished with mineral oil, synthetic oil or with food grade oil.
